We're set up as a dispatching warehouse & NOT a counter service store.
You're welcome to pick up parts from our main warehouse but it's structured as a distribution warehouse and not a showroom, from 10 till 4pm with and order in place please online.. marked to pickup at counter.

A small entry foyer exists and we'll make you welcome for sure, but in constructing this building we concentrated on warehousing advancements, wireless, internet & advanced communication, stock location identification & retrieval priority methods for thousands of parts, with every single part having its single location.

Our phone will often ring every 15 seconds in peak times and is given priority so at times if your coming in for help or a chat there is a wait. If you want to pickup a bunch of parts ALWAYS order ahead a few hours at least please.

We are on the southern side of Wollongong....the nice side, minimal traffic lights, lots of beaches & good looking women & ugly blokes.., some good roads too, well for NSW they are not bad anyway....

Heading SOUTH, if from Sydney, take the signs to Wollongong & hit the F6 freeway, for the comfortable drive (about 80kms from Mascot overall). DO NOT go into Wollongong, just stay on the freeway and watch for speed cameras both North and South at the bottom of Mt Ousley.

After coming down the big hill (Mt Ousley) stay on the freeway roughly another 15kms till the F6 Freeway has finished in a lot of Freeway construction zones currently 2020 /2021) and your back onto the Princes Hwy. 3 kms to go.

Choice..either keep going past McDonalds.and go about ONE kms & go 3 sets of lights.. stayin the RH lane.. look for the Traffic Lights before it and turn RIGHT ..Towards the BUNNINGS sign.. look ahead... (Car dealers on far RHS of lights you need to turn at).. then just follow that internal "S" bend bit of road to the end. Our building is at the top .. # 47.. big numbers, "PW USGMSP" no other signage on purpose.
