Flaming River has engineered the popular rack and pinion cradle systems for the 1955-56 Chevrolet.

This system replaces the early long shaft steering box with an optional new Tilt column. This true, fixture welded cradle mounts between the frame rails and bolts into the original location. Mounting the rack on the cradle system not only reinforces the chassis, but also increases ground clearance.

Requires no suspension modification and installs easily with hand tools. Full turning radius is engineered into the system.

Optional HOSE SET is approx. $440.. but its subject to exacting detail of your engine and pump location.. probably better to have them made here in Australia.
